A Nice Little Stay in Amish Country
This week Tuesday through Friday my friend Edith and I stayed in a sweet little Bed and Breakfast in Howe Indiana. It was so nice and relaxing. Each morning our host Karen would bring coffee to us right outside our room. There is nothing like a fresh cup of coffee that someone else made first thing on the morning. The breakfast was wonderful and the bed and breakfast was so quiet. If you are ever in the area of Howe stop by and see Karen. You won't be sorry. We had a wonderful time in Amish country. We got to relax and I wound the quilt to go on my bed. It is so pretty. I will post pics later. More pics of Amish country to come.

Fun-- Fun--- Fun
Paige and I have had so much fun since Sam and Quin have left for New York. Sunday was full with catching up with old friends in the church that Sam and I were married. Monday I was with an other friend from high school who was also in our wedding. We went to a very fancy resturant for lunch called THE CAPITAL GRILL in Yorktown followed by a full day of "girls only" shopping. It has was been years since I went shopping just because. We had a blast. Last night I finally broke down and got a perm and haircut. This afternoon Edith and I are heading to Indiana to visit the Amish for a few days. I will post pics when we get home. I really miss my boys and I can't wait until Saturday when they come home but in the mean time Iam looking forward to having FUN--FUN---FUN.

Kim's Birthday
July 13th was Kim's 39th birthday. I'm very sorry I am just now getting around to getting the pictures posted. Linda and I gave her a little "surpise" party. It was so much fun to be an encouragement to Kim. We had cake (of course) and all her favorite fixings. Thank You to all who attended to help us make Kim's Birthday special.
