Well I woke up this morning and one of my biggest fears have come true. I know you won't believe it. I'm having a hard time believing it my self.!!!!!!!! I'M GOING GRAY AHA. I never thought that I would have this problem. My grandmother died at 75 years old with her same hair color that she was born with. I called my mom only to find out that my dear mom has colored her hair for years.
I have talked to a friend of mine about high lights, perms, colors. I just don't know. There is a good side to the story. My wonderful pastor's wife is doing a lesson in Sunday School about color. Maybe she can help me decide if I should color my hair. I know it sounds silly to so people, but it is a big decision to me. So....... I'm looking for comments and suggestions from my "girlfriends". SHOULD I COLOR MY HAIR????? If so what color or maybe just highlights? Please give me ideas.
P.S. Our family has a VERY big wedding in May. and if i can't drop 100 pounds I at LEAST want my hair to look good.

I dont have an idea for this little problem but the first thing that really came to mind was dont worry too much about it, then to Pray and see what God tells ya, then wait to see what Mrs Julie talks about, LOL, we all love you just for you, dont worry.

Usually trying to follow your natural color is the easiest because then you won't have to keep on dying your roots all the time. You'd only have to do touch up jobs.
Once you hop on to the hair color merry-go-round, it's hard to hop off...Like Rachel said, it's best to color as close to your real color as possible -- and even if you aim for that, you might be surprised at what colors actually arrive on your head :-). Like Quinten's braces, hair coloring will launch you into a whole new phase of life! But it can be kind of fun too. I only started coloring b/c I had SO much gray...otherwise I would have just left it alone. Ger always uses the boxed colors and does it herself and it comes out great -- she might be a good one to talk to!
Thank you for all the wonderful comments. I will try something real soon.
