What a Fun Night

Last night we had a wonderful ladies meeting at the Grace Baptist Church. If you have never attended a ladies at GBC you are missing out. Last nights meeting was about family celebration. We each had to bring our favorite family recipe. Mrs. Billquest makes the best chicken in the crock pot (ask her for the recipe Yummy Yummy ). We had to bring a copy of the recipes for everyone to share. The food was good and the fellowship was great. We also had my favorite speaker Mrs. Julie Fink. I learned of a few ways to make our holidays more fun and memorable for our children. As the lady of the house I really am the one that sets the tone of the family. I learned last night how to do that more effectively. Thank you Julie for all the hard work that you put into the ladies ministry at our church and thank you for sharing your information with all of us. I look forward to0 seeing everyone at the Christmas Coffee in December.

O it sounds like you had a great time. I would love to hear more on how to make the holidays nice.. I have no idea where to begin. I know I can decorate, but I am sure there is more to it than that. Good to hear from you.

It was great! I am glad you enjoyed the chicken. It is so easy, that is one of the reasons I like it. Thanks for all your work in hospitality!!
