Spring Yard Work is Fun

There is lot to be done today both inside and out. We are building a wall of landscaping blocks in the front of the house. It is going to be so pretty and I can't wait until its done. We brought peat moss and flowers and for the front and we have to get the garden ready to be planted. The kids love to be outside and when it comes to yard work there is never enough hours in the day.

Construction on the inside is still going on and on and on and on. I'm beginning to think that this is going to go on forever. We love having Grandpa here and I think that he likes being with us as well. The dust is thick in the basement and even after I dust (twice a week) it is still very dusty. I'm thankful that we are adding a third bedroom and bathroom to our home. When the saw dust is all gone and the saws are put away we will celebrate a job well done and until then we will just keep dusting.

Tomorrow in Sunday School we will be celebrating Brandon's birthday. I just love preparing for our little ones and watching how excited they are on their birthday. It is fun to make them feel special and to0 let them know who much we love them. Well I have birthday cake to make so I will post all the fun tomorrow and until then enjoy all the nice weather. Thank You Lord for spring.

I know the yard will look beautiful when it is all done, and the construction is bound to end sooner or later. And Birthdays are so much fun when the little ones are least expecting it. Have fun and enjoy the nice weather.

How nice to "freshen things" up inside and out. I too love to work in the yard. I understand about the construction but your right it will be great at the end. That is sweet that your class is celebrating Brandon's Birthday.

I can't wait to see the fruits of your hard work. Your construction will be finished soon and you will be able to get back to life as it was before the construction began.
